This house really qualifies as what you might call a luxury home... unlike some of the other gems that have been shared in this thread!

According to the info posted on YouTube under the video they're asking 130k for that house! That seems like an awful lot even if it is a nice house. I know some people who got their houses for under 30k in the last ten years. Of course the houses needed a little work. Does anyone know the last time a house sold for over 100k in Trona or Pioneer Point?

3 Bedroom HUD Home For Sale in Trona, Searles Valley, CA 93562, USA for $ 20,000.
Great deal for the money! This one is on 13636 Birch St and it was built in 1980. It's a little bit small at only 1125 sq ft, but it does have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a garage!

Homes for Sale - 12137 Lakeview DR, Trona, CA 93562
Actually this was probably a pretty nice home at one point. I doubt it will sell for more that $25,000 even though they're asking $39,000. It's in Westend, BTW, in case you were wondering.

I heard that it's actually getting hard to get a home in the Pioneer Point area and that the price of homes has gone up especially in that part of town. There are even people in Ridgecrest that I know of who are thinking about moving over to Trona. It's almost as if Trona has once again become a desirable place to live. Next thing you know we'll be freezing over in the middle of summer!

New Housing Survey Says Many LA Residents Are Having Trouble Paying The Rent
High prices got you down? Move to Trona where prices are much lower. At the end of this video a couple renters from Los Angeles lament that they'll never be able to afford to buy a house in California. I guess they've never heard of Trona!
