pdm: Such a sunny disposition! I know that optimists see the glass as half full and pessimists the same glass as half empty, but I'm not sure what the up side of being crucified would be! LOL

In Sunday School we were taught that The Bible is the best-selling book of all time, but in recent years I've been told that The Quran has out-sold The Bible. I've also seen Quran spelled as Koran, BTW. Not sure if that makes any difference or not. Considering that Trona has so many churches I'm surprised that no one has posted the B-I-B-L-E song as their theme song!

The Dead Milkmen - The Thing That Only Eats Hippies
If this song were about SJWs instead of hippies, then it would be my theme song for sure!
Wendel brought it to life in his guest room bath tub
It was a special project for his 4-H club
But it broke loose out in the middle of the night
And now it's eatin' SJWs left and right

Okay, I'll play this game.... This was one of my oldest brother's favorite songs when I was in elementary school.

Guitar Greats - Rumble - Link Wray - 11/12/1984 - Capitol Theatre - Passaic, NJ
Link is 55 years old in this video. He was one of the greats. By the way this song was banned in 1958 in New York and Boston because it was feared that it might incite gang violence. Link was a major influence for a bunch of famous rockers including Iggy Pop, Pete Townsend, Jimmy Page, and Neil Young.

Courtney Barnett - Avant Gardener
It get easier. Every day it gets easier, but you gotta do it everyday. That's the hard part.

Sounds like a Sonic Youth guitar solo at 2:25. :thumb:

What the heck kind of guitar solo is that? The surprising thing is that I like it. I don't know why. Not too many songs work the word pseudoephedrine into the lyrics. Definitely nothing like your typical pop song except that it's catchy, but in a totally different way.
