I'm not sure that complaints from disgruntled former employees should be given much credence. Apple can't afford to keep inept employees, but such employees are likely to make excuses for themselves. Conversely, Apple can't afford to get rid of effective employees (especially if those employees happen to be female or individuals with minority status) since good employees help them with their business. In other words, it is very unlikely that there is a toxic environment at Apple, but the chances that these people who are complaining have toxic personalities is extremely high.

Feminist nutjobs are a lot like conspiracy theory nutjobs. They fixate on information which satisfies their need to feel important and special. They need to feel excited and energized by scandal, conspiracy, and some kind of hidden opponent. It's an interesting psychological phenomenon which seems extremely common in contemporary society. The same can actually be said about racial oppression nutjobs. So many people are completely out of touch with reality!
