Don Lemon “Apologizes” For Penis Biting Rape Defense - Do You Buy It?
Actually Lemon's question was quite reasonable. The woman had just described one way she had managed to get Cosby not to rape her (by claiming to have an STD). Then she claims that the idea of biting her supposed assailant never occurred to her because she was drunk. Hmmmmm.... amazing how no one asks how she thought of one way of evading a rape and not the other. Seems to me that if anything resembling the situation actually occurred it was more of a case of she didn't feel like engaging in vagina sex for whatever reason and merely offered oral sex as an alternative and that nothing approaching rape ever actually happened. Now she'd like to make some money in the form of an easy settlement and so she's alledging rape. It's impossible to prove that something didn't happen, especially years after the alleged event and so the law (both criminal and civil) really needs to put the onus on the accuser to produce indisputeable proof that something happened. In fact, a deadline of six month should be made for any rape accusation. It would motivate accusers to come forward in a timely fashion and it would save the rest of us from these stupid melodramas where people are falsely accused of rape by people who want to make some quick cash, enjoy fifteen minutes of fame, or who are simply mentally unstable and want to be the center of attention.
