Democrats' recent accusation against Kavanaugh is EVIL.
False accusations have been used to derail careers quite a bit lately. There needs to be a lot more push back!

Kavanaugh issues new denial of sexual misconduct allegation
Expediting this matter is a good idea, but getting it done before Thursday seems impossible. I'd go forward with the vote and hope he gets in, but I don't see the accuser cooperating to testify before Thursday. It's all a staged game to delay confirmation until after the November elections. Why would the accuser cooperate if the game plan is to delay?

Trump backs Kavanaugh despite sexual-assault allegation
So, it looks like there will be a delay with hearings regarding this matter beginning next Monday. Kavanaugh now says that he wasn't even at the party mentioned by the accuser. It will be difficult corroborating claims going back nearly four decades, but that will require witnesses and that's where this could get complicated since the accuser probably has friends that will lie for her and Kavanaugh probably has enemies that will lie to hurt him. Unraveling all the stories might not be easy depending on how many people come forward and claim to have relevant information.

The accuser is a registered democrat and a psychology professor from California. She's a hardcore liberal. Of course, she's willing to lie to block the nomination. She probably believes that Roe v. Wade will be overturned if the confirmation goes through and is willing to do anything to block it.

Kavanaugh accuser wants FBI probe before she testifies
Obvious stall tactics. The accuser should be put on trial after confirmation of Kavanaugh and she should be sent to a federal penitentiary for at least ten years. This type of cheap political stunt should not be tolerated. The consequences should be serious, especially considering the nature of this attack.

Those against confirmation of Kavanaugh are doing everything they can to delay the process. The latest I've heard is that the false accuser says she can appear next week, but not on Monday. It's all about eating up as many days as possible. It's hard to believe that anyone can take the situation seriously. It's so OBVIOUSLY ALL ABOUT DELAY, DELAY, DELAY, DELAY!!!

dedesert: If the dems fail to take over Congress in November the delay tactics won't matter even if they do successfully delay confirmation. But there seems to be a pretty good chance that they will win majorities in both houses after the November vote. Then again delay tactics could cost them politically and so it could be that Kavanaugh will get in one way or the other.

Mistaken Identity?

Mistaken Identity? Probably mistaken on purpose!

Posted on September 20, 2018 by Steven Hayward in Brett Kavanaugh
Mistaken Identity?

Paul (and Senator Orrin Hatch) has already mentioned the possibility that Dr. Ford’s allegation of sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh may be a case of mistaken identity, based in part on Ed Whelan’s cryptic tweets that Kavanaugh is going to be fully exonerated. This has set off a firestorm of rumors and expectations. Whelan has just now (6 pm eastern time) provided one specific scenario of this on Twitter, offering up a specific name (though careful to note that he makes no allegation of implication that the other person, Chris Garrett, assaulted Ford as claimed).

Read the whole thread—it doesn’t take long, but it is not easily summarized here. Whelan’s case relies on two pieces of circumstantial evidence: basic geography (Ford claimed the house where the party took place is close to Columbia Country Club, but Whelan notes that none of the identified party goers have homes anywhere near that location, but Garrett did), and the resemblance of Garrett to Kavanaugh.

Here’s the photographic evidence—Kavanaugh and Garrett in 1982, and today:

Here's How Clarence Thomas Responded To Allegations Against Him
Righteous indignation articulated clearly and forcefully gets the message across in a way that possibly even the idiots backing the accusations might be able to comprehend.
