Walton joined the military in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps, supervising security at aircraft plants and prisoner of war camps. In this position he served at Fort Douglas in Salt Lake City, Utah. He eventually reached the rank of Captain.

It's always possible that the entry has been sanitized, but I'd have to see evidence before I'll believe the bit about the Japanese internment camp.

I read it on a lot of conspiracy websites but didn't believe it till I saw it on the wiki a few days ago for myself. I can see that it's no longer there. Perhaps I was mistaken or it was challenged and removed. Can't seem to find a credible source for it anymore.

Wal-Mart's Robot Cart Could Help Do Your Shopping For You
I could see robot carts gathering items in a warehouse, but not alongside human shoppers at a regular store. The idea of robots flipping burgers isn't a bad one, especially with minimum wages going so high. It's almost as if increasing the minimum wage was a planned scam to screw humans out of jobs and to increase incentive for companies to design robots that can replace human workers.
