What’s The Best Age To Learn A Second Language?
The other question is what are the "best" languages to learn and that's a politically loaded question. The biggest problem is that public schools fail to offer viable options.

From the perspective of worldwide economic opportunity the top five languages would be:
1) Chinese
2) Russian
3) Japanese
4) German
5) Hindi
Other languages that are close would be French and Arabic. Languages such as Portuguese and Spanish aren't really worth learning although they are widely spoken since they are highly associated with poverty and for that reason don't really offer much in terms of economic opportunity.

School changes policy over racism complaint
Dress code controversies are nothing new in the USA. It's probably best to minimize the restrictions and allow as much freedom as possible. It's best to avoid being an authoritarian dictator whenever possible, even if you think you're simply imposing the will of the majority.

That's a pretty catchy slogan, but I'd imagine that the religious nutjobs out there probably soiled their diapers over the prospect of a Satanic after school club in their community!

10 Outrageous Reasons Kids Got Kicked Out Of School
I'm sure that in some of these stories essential info was left out to make the situation seem more ridiculous, but let's face it, in a world with billions of people there will be what they call outliers in statistics class. They are just the strange, random exceptions to the norm and don't represent what usually happens. This video is just a collection of weirdness and it might not even be as weird as it sounds if all the facts were presented.

Must have back to school supplies?
Most of this stuff doesn't have much to do with school, but back to school shopping is so much fun!
