This is a little extreme IMHO. There are more practical approaches to the problem which cost fewer dinero.

They are about as opportunistic as they come and there are school boards and school administrators who are going to be complete suckers for their sales pitches. It's hard to say how many millions of dollars will be wasted on products and services which provide nothing more than a FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY!

wildrose and mrgreen: The smoke emitters in that video seemed like the biggest waste of money ever. Chances are that they will never be used and if they do they won't work as hoped. In fact, it is more likely that they will cause death or injury to students than do anything to stop a shooter who is familiar with that school. People need to calm down and look at this issue rationally!

I saw something about Trump wanting to arm teachers who were in the military. I'd be worried about a case of PTSD and the person going off over some unruly student behavior. He said something about hardening school security. I think the only thing that's hardening are his arteries and that's causing the flow of blood to his brain to be getting cut off.
