Seems like a massive over-reaction from what I can tell. The kid seems to be all smiles at the beginning of the hair cutting incident and so at that point the interaction seems to be understood to be a joke. Cutting a student's hair without parental permission does seem to be highly inappropriate, but it's a little bit of an exaggeration to consider it to be a criminal act. She might be guilty of professional misconduct, in which case she could lose her job, but this quite simply is not a criminal matter.

Seems like a pretty good case for home schooling.

The miserable ingrate! How dare he complain about a free haircut! If anything the teacher should charge him for the haircut. What is this world coming to?

Preschool teacher in Hawaii accidentally gave her children Pine-Sol instead of apple juice
Strange and scary. How could anyone make such a mistake? Hopefully this doesn't lead to a trend on YouTube where kids attempt "The Pine-Sol Challenge."
