wildrose: Like you say, there's no reason not to release him, but at this point releasing him doesn't do anyone any good either. At 72 and after being incarcerated for the last several decades, he's not going to be able to adjust to life outside the penitentiary and so there's not a lot to be gained no matter what the parole board decides to do.
