A lot of people have allergy problems all year long, but for some people the spring is the worst time of the year.

Bromelain and quecertin are both supposed to be good for allergies



I never tried quecertin or the two together but have had good luck with bromelain on it's own.

(6.) Bromelain is also a natural digestive enzyme.

I really doubt that this kind of thing happens very often. Kids might tease other kids with allergies, but actually smearing peanut butter? I don't think so!
