Local company's gene printer could lead to vaccine
Download the nucleotide sequence from "the cloud" and reconstruct the genes for the virus. Wasn't even possible a few years ago. Now it may lead to a vaccine in record time!

Coronavirus cases exceed 64K globally, death toll nears 1,400 in China
Funny comment: "And AOC thought she was going to die of global warming." But seriously: This is a serious situation, but at this point it doesn't seem to be of historic proportions as with the Black Death or the polio epidemic. Just the same I'm staying alert and hoping it doesn't start spreading here in the USA. So far there are a few isolated cases and those have been quarantined. Hopefully that will keep the virus contained!

Drug Supply Used to Treat Coronavirus Could COLLAPSE Becuase It's all Made in China
Both the coronavirus and the medicines used to treat it are made in China. Sounds like a conspiracy to me!!! Or at least it does to this guy....

Tulsi Gabbard gives important take on coronavirus preparedness
Tucker says, "Seems like a no-brainer for sure" at the end of this video. I'd say that that pretty much sums things up. Gabbard comes across as a very reasonable, rational, and intelligent candidate in this clip. She might be worth considering....

Trump's Hurricane Katrina
If Trump over-reacts or under-reacts, he could be in trouble. There are too many unknowns to predict the best course to take. If Trump waits too long to shut down international flights, we could wind up with a full-blown epidemic. However, if he shuts down flights, then the economy suffers. An economic recession would reduce Trump's chances of being re-elected. It's a gamble either way!

San Diego schools ready plans for cleanings, closures ahead of coronavirus
At this point an outbreak is inevitable. The question is how bad will it be? Will it just be a slightly more severe than normal flu outbreak or will it be a devastating epidemic? I'm leaning towards the first possibility, but it's difficult to say where this will go.

Surgeon General on coronavirus: The risk is low to the average American
Preparedness over panic! Facts over fear! EIGHTEEN THOUSAND people have died of the REGULAR FLU this year so far in the USA. The number for the coronavirus is eleven. So, keep things in perspective and act accordingly.

New York reels with largest coronavirus outbreak in US
It sounds like this virus can hit hard and fast. People have gone from no symptoms to severe symptoms in an hour. That's scary!

How does the coronavirus spread? Is it mostly through the air or is it a matter of touch or is it through food or drink? I'm worried especially about older people, but it sounds like this virus can develop into a severe illness in very little time in young and healthy people, which makes it all the more worrisome. What if you're far away from medical help when it hits you?
