This video shows the most fantastic representations of black holes including our own Milky Way that I've ever encountered. At the same time profound information on black holes is discussed.

I've watched a half a dozen of these so far and this is one of the best science video playlists I've seen so far.

The protocols talked about in this weird video seem a bit like personalized medicine. The main tools used to correct the most common methylation problems, (MTHFR mutations common to over 50% of people,) to my knowledge are folate, methylcobalimin and to a lesser known degree betaine-TMG, which assists in all methylation processes. One video I watched said that these mutations were very common among gifted people and explained it like comparing a race car to a model T. A race car will not be suitable for driving down bumpy roads and break down on them but the model T will do just fine and require minimal maintenance even though it's not adapted for driving fast on a specialized track.
