More spoon nose boards, softer tails and less bulk at the bottom of sails with even shorter booms, make for more forgiving sailing experience with only slight sacrifice for speed.

PUSH UPS BUILD CONSCIENTIOUSNESS
No single measure of health tells the whole story, but more often than not they all point back to a simple psychological trait: CONSCIENTIOUSNESS.
People who follow guidelines, eat well, get their kids vaccinated—they tend to engage in other healthy behaviors. This “conscientious” type of behavior, Joyner notes, “is about as predictive of mortality as fitness itself.” And unlike BMI, push-ups and the like tend to encourage people to be conscious of what the body can achieve, not body image itself. Conscientiousness, Joyner says, means seeing a connection between how you live and what happens later, and behaving accordingly. More than pecs or triceps, push-ups build conscientiousness. There, I’ve written my first motto for a high-end gym.

twister: Somewhere I recall those Bob and Brad guys claiming that most surgery on joints could be avoided if people would just do the proper exercises. They even said that a very large percentage of joint surgery proceedures were totally unnecessary and that people rush into surgery far too quickly. There's no doubt that many people are after a quick fix, but I'm one of those people who would rather avoid surgery at all costs!!!
