10 Things I Hate About Dads
Today being Father's Day, this video is particularly funny. I'll admit that my father was far from perfect, but not nearly this bad! BTW, I called this thread Family Issues since I don't want it to be all about bad dads. That would be totally unfair since moms can be pretty bad too and then there's uncles, aunts, siblings, cousins, grandparents, and all the different kind of step relatives and relatives-in-law that you can have. Come to think of it, some of the people I hate the most are related to me!

Johnny stumbles through his Father's Day Jokes, 1979 :sun:
Some pretty funny jokes and unplanned diversions. People blessed with good fathers are very fortunate indeed!

Report: 76% Of Sleepaway Campers' Parents Beginning Trial Separation
It's the Onion and the exact percentage might be wrong, but the general concept is correct. Many parents send kids away to camp so they can separate or prepare for separation.

Murder-by-Family: When Loved Ones Hire a Hit Man
The woman who hired the hit man did a pretty good job faking like she was distraught over his death. A lot of people can cry and rant and rave as if they really feel something, but really be faking it. Other people hardly show any sign or emotional reaction, when they really feel a lot inside. You can't really know what someone is thinking from the way they're behaving.

Study: Kids of same-sex parents happier
I can just imagine the outraged knee-jerk reactions some people are likely to have in response to a report like this, but, come on, get over it! Rather than clinging to your preconceptions and prejudices, try to learn from studies like this. How does this information help any parent to be better a parent?

Are Gay Parents Better Than Straight Parents?
Another clip discussing the same study indicating that gay parents may be better than straight parents in some ways.

Why It's Hard For Americans To Get Hitched
It would be interesting to see what has happened with birthrate. Has that decreased also? Whether or not people are married is interesting, but it's birthrate that really matters.

How To Survive Thanksgiving With Your Crazy Family :whack02:
Okay most of the stuff on AJ+ Labs is pretty weak propaganda targeting millennials, but this is funny! Just goes to show that people from all perspectives deal with the same issues when it comes to family gatherings!
