Let's Talk About YouTuber Abuse
Sounds like the false accuser is trying to grow her YouTube channel.

Toby Turner (RAPE) Allegations #DramaAlert Tobuscus Story Gets Bigger!
Sounds like a case where a young woman involved in a long-term consensual relationship with a famous person feels jealous and decides to make a false allegation for revenge and for publicity. This is a fairly common pattern that you see all the time. There needs to be some stiff penalties for making false allegations or else there needs to be a greater burden put on accusers to provide compelling evidence.

YouTube Drama
Although this guy is famous for being ridiculously silly, it's obvious from this clip that he's also extremely intelligent. The false accusation epidemic is only possible because so many people have what is called a moral panic mindset in another thread on this message board. This guy seems to see through that mindset and actually sees the epidemic/panic for what it is and he suggests that people need to reconnect with reality.

The Truth
I know of a couple cases where guys were falsely accused of rape or molestation and it really hurts the credibility of real rape and molestation victims that there are so many false accusers out there. Right now it's a 50/50 proposition if an accusation is true or not and that makes it really hard on legitimate victims to be taken seriously. Something needs to be done to put an end to false accusations before anything can be done about true accusations.

KEEMSTAR AND TOBUSCUS RANT
This guy seems to have a pretty neutral perspective and he focuses on the way people make accusations for the sake of publicity or drama. Instead of going to the police, they just post on Tumblr or put a video up on YouTube. Without concrete evidence accusations should be disregarded for the most part.

I hate to admit it, but I watched all the videos posted here in their entirety. It sounds like the girl accusing Tobuscus of sexual misconduct is just trying to get some attention. They were in a longterm relationship and it ended and now she wants to capitalize on the situation by claiming she was victimized by the guy. Trying to frame it as an abusive relationship probably will work for people who are reactionary and emotional, but it's just a little too obvious to anyone who is intellectually competent.

ergot: The problem is that at this time it is politically correct to believe any allegation of rape no matter how weak the claim might be... because women NEVER LIE about such things. The truth is that at least a third and probably more than half of rape allegations are false. There are lots of motivations for such lies, but the fact is we don't live in a rape culture, we live in a false allegation culture where people (mostly women) who make false allegations are treated like heros.

IS LACI GREEN A SERIAL RAPIST?
Laci Green is one of those people who encourage people to make false allegations. She says to believe all allegations no matter what. This mindset sort of backfired on her when people (hundreds of them) started accusing her of rape!

The Good, The Bad And The Misunderstood Of 'YouTube Heroes'
There are two videos included with this article. Check both of them out to get the idea of what appears to be happening versus what probably is really happening. YouTube kind of flubbed up a bit since their presentation seems misleading and has content creators a bit upset, but it appears that probably (or at least hopefully) their intentions are good...
First, the misunderstanding: the graphics and vague language in YouTube's promotional video give the distinct impression that in addition to mass-flagging videos, 'Heroes' will gain the ability to moderate comments. Not only does this sound ripe for abuse (the YouTube commenting community is frequently toxic and hardly above gaming the system)
