What losing weight does to your body and brain
I think the focus should be on losing excess fat and not so much on weight since muscle is denser than fat. That said, the tips in this video are pretty good imho.

Half of the people I know complain about back pain. These exercises might do the trick for you. Then again, they might not.

recluse: Oh my gosh those are some fantastic exercises! When I saw your posts I decided to try them all out instead of my usual morning limbering exercises and some of those exercises feel sooooooo good! Thanks for posting!
