Teens' Racist Obama Tweets Published on Jezebel
It's not news that some teens are racist and there's nothing remarkable about them making racist tweets. Jezebel exploited this situation for their own gain and as for schools, what their students tweet about is none of their business! This is a simple freedom of speech issue. Racism may be bad, but suppression of the freedom of speech is FAR WORSE!!!

Lord McAlpine "Twibel" case
Slander is slander and if you post a message that's proof enough. People get away with defamatory gossip since there's no evidence of what they said, but once it's written down as a tweet or a Facebook post, it can be used against them in a court of law.

Former politician plans to sue many Twitter users
People who jump to conclusions based on rumor and gossip deserve to be prosecuted for spreading slanderous information. Hopefully these "nasty tweets" will cost a lot of people a lot of money!
