Protein Shake :stirpot:
Too much of a good thing? I think the recommended number of grams of protein per day is anywhere from sixty to maybe double that depending on your activity level and body weight. This guy must have packed somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 grams of protein into his shake!

Are Meat Bars a Healthier Protein Bar Option?
They're lower in sugar and they contain high quality protein. So, I'd say this is a good way to keep protein intake high when you don't have time to sit down for a proper meal.

Eating Bugs While Camping - Exo Cricket Protein Bar (Taste Test)
Probably worth a try as long as they aren't too expensive.

shadylady: I don't mind protein bars from time to time, but there's a threshold I won't cross. You might consider giving cricket protein bars a try, but I have no plans to try them even if free samples are being given out. NO THANKS!
