Energy drink use should not be seen as an alternative to getting adequate sleep. If you get adequate sleep, then energy drinks should not be needed. Maybe a couple times a month on days where you're feeling sluggish, but energy drinks on a regular basis is asking for eventual health problems. There are no shortcuts when it comes to taking care of your body. As they say, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
