Grateful Dead - Touch Of Grey
The Grateful Dead always seemed like more of a country band than a rock band to me. Like the Eagles or James Taylor, they are way to laid back to be seriously classified as rock, but maybe their attitude wasn't hickish enough to be considered country. Whether it's about the attitude or the music, I don't know, but musically it's more like country than rock.

John Phillips / Me And My Uncle
This was written by John Phillips in 1963 during a drinking session with Stephen Stills and Neil Young. This song has been done by Neil Young, Joni MItchell, John Denver, and others and YouTube has 'em all!

Speaking of Stephen Stills
This song has an unusual title: "To Mama From Christopher And The Old Man"
Also the classic line: Some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you
It's definitely a country song.

Pffft, You Wuz Gone
One country classic stands prominently above all other country songs.

PART THREE: Pffft, You Wuz Gone
It's funny because so many people can relate and there is no end to the verses which would be added to this epic country saga!

CrustyOldFart: Hee Haw is a country classic if there ever was such a thing and that song is one of the things which helped make Hee Haw so successful. Good music and funny jokes are hard to resist.

Cracker - Eurotrash Girl
There's a long version of this song with additional verses and I recommend that one, but there's not much shown on the screen and so I went with this one.

The Nude Party - "Chevrolet Van"
Does this count as country? I don't know, I'm asking!

The Nude Party - Chevrolet Van (Live on KEXP)
This one has an even more country or folk feel to it at least in my opinion it does.
