I wonder how difficult it is to take over the control of a flying drone. It must be possible.

San Diego ranks high for number of drone problems
Generally the idea of regulation doesn't appeal to me, but this is one of those exceptional cases where I'm in favor of massive and strict regulation!

New Drone Tech: No Propellers, and Yet It Flies!
Seems like an interesting development and who knows how good it can get with a lot of work. I'm not sure if they'll ever figure out how to deal with windy days, but otherwise there are possibilities which might be worth exploring.
