How to install an automated drip irrigation system video with Thompson & Morgan
This woman makes it look easy and it probably actually is easy on a small scale, but if all you have is a few plants, then why bother?

Even if you only have a few plants it is worth it. Drip systems are easy to construct and even easier to add on to.

What's this I hear about CASH FOR GRASS over in Ridgecrest? What they say is that the water company over there is giving residents as much as 2000 bucks for tearing up their lawn. From what I hear they're giving away a maximum of up to 50k and so it's a first-come-first-served kind of deal. It would be nice to see some kind of incentive program over here, but no one has lawns out here. However, some kind of rebate for installing drip irrigation systems would be nice to see!

For that kind of money I would plant a lawn just to rip it up and claim the cash!

I wonder if there will be any tax incentives for installing drip irrigation systems. Governor Brown is talking a lot about fines and that sort of thing for people who use too much water, but what about people who install water-saving devices? It would be nice to see something postive done instead of all this negativity.

That is some of the worse advice I've ever seen. It's ok to stop watering your lawn but not trees because they produce oxygen? Makes no sense. All plants produce oxygen. Mature tree roots go deep into the water table. Roots can also travel horizontally hundreds of feet to find water in your neighbors lawn long after yours dies.
